摘要
本文介绍了以N,N'—亚甲基二对亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(BMI)与活泼亚甲基化合物——丙二腈、乙酰丙酮、乙酰乙酸乙酯和丙二酸二乙酯进行Michacl加成反应制成一类新型双马来酰亚胺树脂BMI—1~4。用于碳纤维复合材料的树脂是在BMI:活泼亚甲基化合物=1:0.7摩尔比下合成的,这种树脂的碳纤维复合材料具有较好的加工性、力学性能和热性能。
In this paper, a series of new Bismaleimide matrix resin BMI-1-4 was synthesized by Michael addition of N.N'-( methylene di-p-phenyl ) -bismaleimide ( BMI ) to activated methylene compoundrs-malonontrile, acetylacetone , ethylacetoacetate and diethyl-malonate respectively .The resin for carbon fibro conpo;i te; was sythesized by BMI with the activated methylene compounds in a molar ratio of 1 : 0.7.The BMI-1 -4cabon fibre composites have excellent prccessability, physical properties and heat stability.
