在袁绍集团兴起的过程中,袁绍采取系列结盟策略,使得袁氏军阀集团不断壮大,坐拥河北四州,成为当时最大的割据势力。但又因袁绍的过分扶持曹操,重利轻义的行为以及自身性格的缺陷,使得其在官渡之战中败北,袁氏集团由此一蹶不振。袁绍集团的兴衰为后世推行联盟策略留下了有益的启示,如义利平衡、合作共赢、审时度势等。

during the rise of Yuan Shao group,Yuan Shao adopted a series of alliance policies,which made the Yuan warlord group grow stronger,possess the four states of Hebei,and become the biggest separatist force at that time.But due to Yuan Shao’s excessive support of Cao Cao,his behavior of emphasizing profit and neglecting righteousness and the defects of his own character,Yuan Shao lost in the battle of Guandu.The Yuan group was devastated.Through the interpretation and evaluation of Yuan Shao’s alliance policy,this paper explores the historical reasons for the rise and fall of Yuan Shao group,and sums up the profound enlightenment and lessons left by Yuan Shao’s alliance policy for later generations.
