摘要
目的 了解学校校园内外食品卫生情况。方法 抽样调查 ,依据《食品卫生法》的要求 ,现场调查。结果 校园内外食品经营户卫生许可证持证率为 5 9.5 5 % ;健康证持证率为 4 9.6 7% ;副食品商店经营的食品合格率只有 35 .2 1%。
Objective To understand food hygiene situation inside and outside campus. Methods Sampling method was used. On basis of food hygiene law , a spot investigation was conducted. Results 59.55% shops had working permission certificate inside and outside the campuses. 49.67% workers possessed health certificate. The qualified rate of subsidiary food in the food stores was 35.21%. Conclusions food hygiene situation inside and outside the campuses was poor.
