人格因素与眼底手术中异丙酚抗焦虑作用的相关性研究

Study on the interrelation between personality and propofol resisting anxiety in eyeground operation

目的 研究人格中情绪因素对眼底手术中异丙酚抗焦虑作用的影响。方法 采用艾森克人格问卷将病人分为情绪稳定组和情绪不稳定组 ,用异丙酚作为镇痛麻醉药物 ,测量病人术前、术中、术后的BP、HR和VAS变化情况 ,并于术后让病人回忆了解病人对术中镇静、镇痛和遗忘的评价。结果 人格情绪因素对病人的手术焦虑状态、麻醉药物的镇痛、镇静效果有明显影响。结论 可根据病人不同的人格特征 ,调整镇静药物的用量 ,以达到最好的镇痛。

Objective To study the Influence of personality to propofol resisting anxiety in eyeground operation. Methods Patients were divided into two groups based on score of Eysenck's Personality Questionnaire: high N score and low N score. Propofol were used for sedative-analgesia. Patients' BP, HR, VAS before, in and after operation were measured. Patients were asked to recall the experiences of operation in order to evaluate the effect of sedation-analgesia and forgetting. Results There is significant Influence of personality on operation anxiety and sedation. Conclusion In order to obtain best sedative effect during operation,it is recomended to select different dose of propofol according to different personality of patients.
