学龄前儿童注意缺陷-多动障碍的行为问题分析

The analysis of behavior problems in preschool children with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder

目的 对学龄前注意缺陷 -多动障碍儿童的行为问题特征进行分析。方法 选择南京市城市一个街道 ,农村一个乡的 3～ 6岁学龄前儿童 ,经CBCL量表筛查后 ,按DSM Ⅳ诊断的ADHD。并将ADHD儿童与正常儿童的CBCL行为问题因子进行对照。结果 学龄前儿童ADHD的发病率为 2 .49% ,男孩与女孩的比例为 1.8:1,CBCL与DSM Ⅳ的诊断符合率为 88.5 7% ,ADHD儿童的大多数CBCL行为问题因子分均明显高于正常儿童 ,两组之间的差别具有非常显著性意义。结论 学龄前儿童ADHD是一种发病率较高的儿童心理卫生问题且大多伴有行为问题 。

Objective To analyses the characteristic of behavior problems in preschool children with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder. Methods The preschool children from 3 to 6 years old of a neighborhood in city and a village in rural area were selected. The preschool children with ADHD were screened with CBCL, and diagnosed according to DSM-Ⅳ. Then compared behavior factors between children with ADHD and normal. Result The prevalence of ADHD in preschool children is 2.49%. The rate of boys and girls is 1.8:1. The conformed rate of CBCL and DSM-Ⅳ is 88.57%. There was significantly difference between children with ADHD and normal in behavior factors of CBCL. Conclusion The prevalence of preschool children with ADHD is high and most of them company with behavior problems including internal and external problems.
