酪氨酸与依那普利、硝苯吡啶改善高原移居者脑-体功效的对比研究

Effects of some medicines on the brain-body function at high altitude

目的 探讨药物改善和提高低氧条件下人脑 体工作能力的作用。方法 随机选择进入海拔 370 0m6个月的某部汉族男性青年 30名 ,分别口服 ,甲组 :自制炒面胶囊 10人 ,乙组 :酪氨酸 10人 ,丙组 :依那普利、硝苯吡啶 10人 ,连续不间断服用 15天 ,于服药前、服药 15天后 ,停药 10天后三个阶段应用EGM型自行车功量仪进行达负荷的运动 (负荷指标 :W 2 2 5 .P175～ 180次 /分 ) ,运动后 10分钟采用DDX 2 0 0型电脑多功能心理生理测试仪进行三个阶段运动后的左右、上下肢体交叉动作频率与光信号视觉记忆测验。进行结果比较。结果 服药 15天运动后与服药前运动后比较 ,右手左脚交叉动作频率测验 ,总次数、正确次数及错误次数显著增多 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,左手右脚交叉动作频率测验 ,总次数、正确次数显著增多 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,错误次数显著减少 (P <0 .0 1)。服药 15天运动后乙、丙组与停药 10天运动后比较 ,左右手左右肢体交叉动作频率测验 ,总次数正确次数显著增多 ( P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5 ) ,停药 10天运动后乙、丙组与服药前运动后比较 ,右手左脚交叉运动频率总次数、正确次数、错误次数均显著增多 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,左手右脚交叉动作频率乙组总次数、正确次数。

Objective To study the effects of some medicines on the brain-body function at high altitude. Method 30 subjects were random divided into A group( placebo) , B group ( tyrosine) and C group(enalapril + nifedipine) who have stayed 3700 m altitude for 6 months,taking hands-feet-cross-movement and light-signal-memory test by DDX-200 multifunction psychological machine before and after taking medicine for 15 days, and the 10th day while they had stopped. Results The total times, correct times and wrong times of the cross-movement were increased after taking medicine for 15 days (P<0.01 orP<0.05), and the wrong times in the vision-memory test were decrease(P<0.01), and the medicine efficacy could retains for 10 days . Conclusion Both tyrosine and enalapril + nifedipine could improve the brain-body function at high altitude, and the tyrosine have slightly advantage over others.
