摘要
本文采用多次加水连续减压蒸馏的方法,通过不断蒸出的水带走杂质,来降低醚化剂中杂质含量,以减少其对合成的阳离子淀粉性能的影响。并且还对醚化剂进行了气相色谱分析和对阳离子淀粉进行了氮含量及絮凝性能的测试。实验结果表明:精制后的阳离子醚化剂的性能符合文献指标。阳离子淀粉的糊化溶液对纳型膨润土悬浊液具有良好的絮凝性能。因此可用于工业上的污水絮凝处理和固液分离。同时,实验还表明芭蕉芋阳离子淀粉的絮凝效果明显优于玉米阳离子淀粉。
This paper describes how to diminish the impurity inclusing in the tether if icant compound and lessen their bad effects on the performance of cationie starch.By using continous pressure - reducing distillation through continuously replenishing water into the compounds the impurities are removed with the evaporation of the water.The gas chromatogra-phic analysis of the etherificant and the measurement of nitrogenctontent and the flocculating properties show that the quality indexes of the refined cationic etherificant is up to the requirements speicified in relevant documents.The aqueous solution of composed cationic starch paste exhibits nice flocculating effect on the 0.1% Na-Type montmor illoni-te suspension.Th is verifies that this etherificant can be an efficient flocculent agent in the treatment of waste waster and the separation of solids from liquids in industry.Mean while, the experiments show that edible canna starch is obviously superior to maize starch in flocculation
