摘要
旅游饭店是劳动密集型的服务性企业,也是员工流动率较高的企业,加强员工的管理和有效利用,提高员工队伍的稳定性就显得尤为重要,本文就员工流动的特点分析入手,从薪资报酬、员工培训、企业文化、管理职能等多角度探讨稳定员工队伍的策略。
The tourism hotel is one of the thickly laboured service industries in which the staff tends to float frequently.As a result,it is important to reinforce the management of the staff in order that the staff can settle down to work.Based on the features of staff floating,the paper expounds some strategies such as incentive,staff training,industry culture,and human resource management.
