本文用微量量热法得到了不同环境下生长的阿朱巴原虫和阴道滴虫的热谱图,从而研究载药脂质体在体外的生物活性,取得了有意义的结果。
The thermograms of Trochomonas vaginalis and Entamoeba histolytica in various environment by microcalrimetry has been studied in biological activity of liposomes as drug carriers in vitro. The signifcant conclusion is obtained.
