摘要
本文对UHZ天然表面活性剂的萃取方法、萃取工艺、最佳萃取工艺参数和萃取过程的规律等进行了较为深入的研究。根据大量实验数据,推导出原液浓度随原液比重与原液中表面活性剂含量、原液浓度和原液产量随萃取时间和溶物比变化的计算公式。该项研究成果,可为UHZ天然表面活性剂的研究、生产过程的控制、产品质量检测和理论分析提供简单适用的科学依据。
It has been studied thoroughly that the extraction method,the extraction technology, the optimum extraction coefficient and the extracting process's regularity of the UHZ-natural surface active agent in this papet The calculated methods of the relation between the concentration (gieldes) of the original solution and the density, the content of soap-elements in it,and the relation between the concentration (yields) of the original solution and the extraction period, the changing of the solute ratio have been obtained by a larga member number of exprimental data. This result can supplies the simply scientific basis that is suitable for the research of UHZ-natural surface active agent, the control of the production process, the quality test of the quality test of the production and the theoretic analysis.
