摘要
本文介绍了一种用离子选择电极测定阳离子淀粉中氮含量的新方法,结果表明,这种方法与凯氏法测定结果基本一致。两组均数经t检验p>0.20。电位法回收百分率为95.6~103.3%;精密度为2.73%(cv)x=0.3076%±0.0084%SD。与凯氏法近似。另外,此法简便快速,因此可用电位法代替凯氏法。 重金属离子Cu^(++)对此法有干扰,加入等摩尔浓度的EDTA可以消除。
A new method, Ion-Selective Electrodes method, for determining the
nitrogen content of the cation starch, could substitute for the kjeldahl
method.The contrast experiments showed that the new method had bettern
and consistent results.It's more simple and more fast than kjeldah
methods. The comparison of two groups of averages are p>0.20 by t
examine. The rate of recovery in electrometric method is 95.6-103.3 per
cent.The precition is 2.73 per cent (cv) x= 0.3076% ?0.0084% SD.
As heavy metal ion Cu + + interferes potent iometric measurements, adding EDTA with the equal mol concentration can remove it.
