提高节瓜种子发芽力的种子处理技术的研究 被引量:23

摘要 本试验通过光照处理、破壳处理、0 .1 % H2 O2 或 0 .3M KNO3 浸种处理、湿种子 2~ 6℃低温处理 ,干种子 2~ 6℃冷冻处理和变温催芽 (30℃ 1 2小时 ,2~ 6℃ 1 2小时 )处理来提高节瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率。结果表明 ,各种处理都能不同程度地提高节瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率 ;0 .3M KNO3 浸种 1 0小时后再在 2~ 6℃低温下保湿 5天和 0 .1 % H2 O2 浸种 1 0小时后再变温催芽能将节瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率分别提高 44.67%、66.0 0 %和 61 .34%、62 .0 0 %。 Light treatment, treatment of chipping the seed coat, soaking treatment with 0.1% H 2O 2 or 0.3M KNO 3,low temperature treatment of moist seeds at 2-6℃, cooling treatment of dry seeds at 2-6℃ and germinated with varied temperature (12 h at 30℃, 12 h at 2-6℃) were investigated to improve germinative vigour and germinative percentage of chieh qua seeds.The result showed that all treatments could improve germinative vigour and germinative percentage of chieh qua seeds to different extent; keeping seeds moist for 5 days at 2-6℃ after soaking 10h with 0.3M KNO 3 and germinated with varied temperture after soaking 10 h with 0.1%H 2O 2 could enhance germinative vigour and germinative percentage of chieh qua seeds were 44.67%,66.00% and 61.34%,62.00% respectively.
