摘要
采用悬挂法收集银耳担孢子 ,稀释分离法纯化银耳担孢子和节孢子 ,节孢子经核荧光染色后进行核相观察 ,选取单核节孢子和担孢子用于交配型A因子测定。菌株内及菌株间单孢分离物配对结果表明 ,在 8个来源于不同地区的银耳菌株只有 2个不同的A因子。
