Anak-40在麻黄鸡配套系父本选育中的应用

Utilization of Anak-40 in Selection and Breeding of Spotted-black Yellow Chicken Sire Strains

测定了用Anak -4 0公鸡与麻黄母鸡杂交的JFI 代和用麻黄鸡回交的JF2 代的羽色、胫色和早期生长速度。结果表明 ,JF1 代为黄胫 ,3 8.0 2 %的母鸡表现为麻黄羽 ;JF2 代中青胫比例占 5 0 %左右 ,且母鸡中麻黄羽比例也达到 70 .17%。用Anak -4 0杂交可显著提高麻黄鸡的早期生长速度 ,8周龄体重增加了 2 4.3 3 %。

Feather-color,crus-color and early growth of JF 1(Anak-40 X Spotted-black yellow) and JF 2(JF 1 X Spotted-black yellow) were determined.The results indicated that JF 1 were yellow crura and 38.02% of the female were Spotted-black yellow feather.About 50% of JF 2 were indigotic crura,and 70.17% of the female spotted-black yellow feathers.Crossbred of Anak-40 significantly improved the early growth rate of Spotted-black yellow.Body weight of 8 weeks old increased 24.33%.
