摘要
报告了As_2S_8非晶态薄膜波导的光学截止(optical-stopping)效应的实验过程、初步结果和机理分析.介绍了硫系非晶态As2S8薄膜波导的制备工艺,以及实验光路和光学截止现象的过程.在实验基础上,结合有关硫系非晶态半导体中的其他一些光诱起现象的报道,我们提出了以微结构变动为前提、结合半导体能级理论的电子泵浦模型,解释了实验现象.
The experimental process, primary result and the mechanism analysis on the phenomenon of optical stopping in As2S8 amorphous thin films is reported. The fabrication technics of As2S8 amorphous thin film waveguide and the experimental beam path is introduced. Based on the experiment and combined with the reports about some other photoinduced phenomenon, we present an electron pumping model which combine the microstructure alteration with the semiconductor energy band theory to explain the phenomenon.
