摘要
某微型灵敏继电器在某航天重点型号分系统随机振动试验中连续出现失效,通过对继电器失效分析,发现了继电器线圈装配工艺中的薄弱环节和整机振动试验中的共振问题,为提高继电器在整机上装配可靠性和改进继电器的设计提供了依据。
A relay used in subsystem failed once and again in random vibration. By failure analysis, a bug in assembly process and resonance vibration were found. The failure analysis gave a way to improve reliability of assembly in subsystem and correct the design of relay.
