摘要
温度循环是环境应力筛选中最常用、最有效的筛选模式。通过对环境应力筛选中温度循环实测数据的分析,提出了一种根据试验现场具体条件,合理选择筛选参数,提高筛选有效性的方法。
Thermal cycle is the most usual and the most efficient screening mode of ESS. By analyzing temperature data from several thermal cycles, a method to choose appropriate screening parameters according to field conditions of lab was proposed. The method can improve detection efficiency of thermal cycle screening.
