说明如何评定影响检测或校准的正确性和可靠性因素的测量不确定度,提出如何用统计方法定性确定其中的主要因素。
The evaluation method of measurement uncertainty which impacts on the inspection or calibration correctness and reliability factors was presented. The application of statistic method to determine the main factor was discussed.
