摘要
提出选择定时截尾可靠性鉴定试验方案时,引入平均故障间隔时间（MTBF）预计值θp,通过计算定时截尾试验方案的接收概率,并结合试验时间和试验经费,科学、合理地选定定时截尾可靠性鉴定试验方案。
The process of selecting timing curtailed reliability test for qualification was described. In order to select parameters, predicted MTBF can be used to calculate acceptance probability, and test time and cost must be taken into account.
