Upon entering into the 21st century,the world telecom industry has been in a cold winter that people have rarely experienced and,the coldness is still there.This winter is manifest with the following features:declining stock prices,blown out bubbles,piled up resources,heavy debts and fluctuating markets.Currently,the telecom market has entered into a relatively stable period,which might lead to restructuring of the industry after the fluctuations.It is clear that the utmost reason for the decline of the world telecom industry is violation of the laws of development of the telecom industry.It shows evidently to us that only by following solidly the development laws of the telecom industry,can we achieve the continuous and steady growth in the telecom industry.
