摘要
采用气相色谱保留指数和GC -MS -DS技术 ,对水蒸汽蒸馏法制取的来凤生姜精油分析。分离出挥发性成分 80余种 ,鉴定了 5 0种 ;主要成分是α-姜烯 ,含量为 2 4 .6 3%。
Use GC retention indices and GC-MS-DS's technique to analyze the composition of ginger oil from LaiFeng, identify 50 compounds, and isolate the volatile composition 80 kinds. The major composition is α-zingberene, and its content occupies 24.63%.
