摘要
采用催化剂Pd-Al2O3在固定床反应器进行液相选择加氢脱除混合C4中的丁二烯,可使丁二烯的含量小于200×10-6,丁烯异构化率大于20%,能够满足生产所用原料的要求。经200h考核,催化剂仍保持良好的活性和选择性。
The Butadiene was removed from C4 mixture by selective catalytic hydrocracking in fixed-bed reactor using Pd-Al2O3 as catalyst,the residual butadiene in C4 mixture was less than 2×10-4,the isocracking rate was more than 20%,it met the requirements of raw material used in production.After used 200h,the catalyst still had good activity and selectivity.
