1 实验方法 1.1 仪器和试剂 721型分光光度计(上海第三分析仪器厂)。pHS—3C型酸度计(上海第二分析仪器厂)。锌标准溶液:应用于800℃灼烧过的基准氧化锌配制成锌浓度为1.000mg/mL,再用此稀释为5.000μg/mL的工作溶液。DMTAM:配成浓度为1.0×10^(-3)
Determination of trace Zinc in human hair is carried out using the color reaction of Zn (Ⅱ)--DMTAM by spectrophotometric method. In the medium of NH_3-NH_4CI and in the presence of Triton--X, using the masking agent of NH_2CSNH_2-Na_2S_2O_3, the sensitivity and selectivity of the method is increased because the interfering quantity of Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) ions is eliminated. The method has the advantages of operating easily and being good in stability. The determination concentration limit is 4×10^(-5) μg.ml^(-1).
