KINETICS OF THE CATALYTIC OXIDATION OF n-PROPANETHIOL BY MOLECULAR OXYGEN WITH Cu(Ⅱ)-SALEN COMPLEX AS CATALYST

摘要 采用Cu(Ⅱ ) Salen催化剂在常压下催化分子氧氧化丙硫醇转化成二硫化物。考察了催化剂用量、丙硫醇浓度、NaOH浓度、反应温度等因素对反应初始速率的影响 ,得到常压 (PO2 =10 1.3kPa)下 ,当c(NaOH) <2 .5mol/l、c(n C3 H7SH) <0 .4mol/l时 ,反应动力学方程为v0 =12 .8c0 .7(NaOH)c(n C3 H7SH)e-15.1/RT,反应活化能Ea=15 .1kJ/mol。并采用红外光谱 (IR)、紫外光谱 (UV)和质谱 (MS)表征了氧化产物的结构。 The coordinnated compound of disalicylidene propylene 1,2 ethylenediamine and copper(Ⅱ) ion (Cu(Ⅱ) Salen) was synthesized. The catalytic activity of Cu(Ⅱ) Salen for the oxidation of n propanethiol to disulfide by molecular oxygen under atmospheric pressure was examined. The kinetics factors were inspected. The kinetics equation v 0=12.8 c 0.7 (NaOH) c ( n C 3H 7SH)e -15.1/ RT was obtained under experimental conditions, that is, the pressure of oxygen was 101.3 kPa , and the concentrations of n propanethiol and NaOH were no more than 0.40 mol/l and 2.5 mol/l , respectively. The structure of product was also identified by IR,UV and MS spectrometry.
