摘要 提出了将相变用于过程强化的原理和方法。通过反应放热造成沿反应器的连续相变 ,既可以依靠液相蒸发抵消反应热 ,解决反应器入口段因浓度高造成的移热困难 ,又可以通过催化剂的不断蒸干加快反应后期的反应速率。带有侧线调节的复杂相变被证明是有效的操作手段。通过吸附等温线和动力学测定 ,从微观上描述了相变的发展过程。 A principle and method was proposed for process intensification by applying phase transition. The reaction heat was utilized to generate continuous phase transition along the reactor length, which will be favorable to the heat removal at the reactor inlet section caused by the heat counterba lancing between the liquid evaporation and reaction, and the progressive drying of the catalyst can improve the reaction rate at the final stage of the reaction. A complex phase transition implemented with side streams was proved to be efficient for operation. From the combination of measuring adsorption isotherms and reaction kinetics, the evolution of phase transition can be described in the microscale.
