炼油厂含硫污水汽提塔的模拟计算 被引量:5

摘要 针对炼油厂含硫污水汽提塔的特点 ,修正三对角矩阵算法 ,利用适当的逸度系数及活度系数求解 ,模拟计算结果与实际基本相符。在指导济南石化、洛阳石化等 8家企业的扩产改造中 ,用此模拟结果设计污水汽提塔取得良好的效果。 The characters of sour water stripping column in refinery were studied. The amended triple diagonal matrix algorithm and the feasible method of solving fugacity coefficient and activity coefficient were used to calculate the column. This result of simulation was basically conformable with the practice and has been applied to direct the design of revamping of sour water stripping columns for eight petro chemical plants in China with an acquired well effect.
