摘要
在传统外墙乳胶漆的基础上 ,加入纳米TiO2 和SiO2 等粒子 ,并采取表面改性和超声波分散的方法 ,使纳米粒子在涂料体系中得到有效分散 ,从而提高涂料的综合性能。着重讨论了纳米粒子的分散性及其用量 。
The surface modified nanometer TiO 2 and SiO 2 are incorporated into the traditional exterior wall coatings and dispersed by ultrasonic method to ensure effective dispersion of the nano-material particles in the coatings system,and improve the overall properties of the coatings .This paper focuses on the dispersibility of nano-materials and the influence of its amount and surface modification of nano- materials on the properties of coatings.
