The possible methods to manage the laboratory抯 inventory and supplies through the campus local area network are discussed in the paper. This document contains a design for an automatic system that is capable of planning, purchasing, storing, allocating, and discarding laboratory goods and supplies. This document also describes a process of developing automatic system and benefits of the system for both the laboratory and the campus as a whole.
