摘要
介绍高负荷PTA生产中降低PX单耗的途径。优化氧化反应条件有降低反应温度 ,调节催化剂配比 ,调整反应器内间隔板的间距 ,改变搅拌机桨叶的结构和形状 ,采用双回流技术 ,提高精制母固液回收率 ,把氧化母液循环率控制在 85 %~90 %等等。在 2 0 0 1年上半年使PX的单耗由前年的 660 .5 5kg降至 65 9.
The methods of decreasing PX unit consumption in high load PTA production are introduced.The optimization oxidation reaction condition are such as decreasing the reaction temperature,adjusting the catalyst blending ratio ,adjusting the distance among space plate in reactor ,changing the structure and shape of stirring paddle,using the double reflux technology to increase the recovery ratio of refining liquor,controlling the oxidation liquor circulating ratio in 85%~90% etc.The unit consumption of PX is decreased from 660.55 kg in 2000 to 659.66 kg in the first half of 2001.
