摘要
以废旧聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料为主要原料,通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝改性,制得一种新型废旧聚苯乙烯改性胶粘剂。研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量、反应温度、反应时间、填料用量等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量为废旧聚苯乙烯23%、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为1小时、填料用量为1.5g制得的胶粘剂性能较好。
The preparation of a adhesive prepared by grafting the waste PS with methyl methyacrylate was introduced in the paper. Some effect factors, such as the quantity of methyl methyacrylate and zinc oxide, the reaction temperature and reaction time , were discussed. The result showed that when methyl methyacrlate is 23% for waste PS, the reaction temperature is 80℃, the reaction time is 1 hour, and zinc oxide is 1.5 gram, the adhesive had excellent properties.
