计算机视觉在瓷砖表面颜色匀度分析中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF COMPUTER VISION ANALYZING FOR COLOR EVEN DEGREE ON THE TILE SURFACE

本文介绍了一种瓷砖表面颜色匀度的分析方法—计算机视觉分析方法 ,在数字图像采集及图像处理基础上 ,利用提取的图像色彩特征值建立了瓷砖表面颜色匀度的计算机视觉检测模型 ,对匀色瓷砖的颜色匀度采用灰度处理后的直方图、均方差和梯度法进行分析研究 。

This paper introduces a computer vision analyzing method for color even degree on the tile surface,by means of eigenvalue picked up from the tile surface color,the computer vision analyzing model about the color even degree on tile surface has been built based on the digital image collecting and processing.The color even degree on the tile surface has been analyzed and studied through adopting the histogram,square deviation and gradient gained from the tile gray image.The advantage and disadvantage of every analyzing method have been analyzed in theory and proofed in experiment.
