摘要
介绍了乳酸钙的生产工艺,指出目前国内生产的乳酸钙存在的品质问题。选定铁盐作为除杂对象,用铜铁试剂和8-羟基喹啉2种萃取剂分别对乳酸钙进行精制。通过单因素试验和正交试验对操作条件进行优化,确定了最佳操作条件。萃取后乳酸钙中铁盐含量达到药典标准。
The production technology of calcium lactate was introduced and the quality problem of calcium lactate made in our country was pointed out. Cupperron and 8 - hydroxyquinoline were used as the extraction agent for the purification of calcium lactate from ferric salt. Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize operation conditions and the optimum operation conditions were determined. The calcium lactate by extraction could reach pharmacopoeia standard.
