摘要
以丙酸和正戊醇为原料,首次用环境友好催化剂固载杂多酸盐TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2催化合成丙酸正戊酯。研究了反应条件对酯收率的影响,结果表明:TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2是合成丙酸正戊酯的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为:n(醇):n(酸)=1.3:1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0%,反应时间1.0 h,反应温度106~119℃。在此条件下,丙酸正戊酯的收率可达85.6%。
n - Amyl propionate was synthesized from propionic acid and n - amyl alcohol using TiSiW12 O40/TiO2 as a new environmentally friendly catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions on the yield of n - amyl propionate were studied. The results indicated that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing n - amyl propionate . The optimum conditions were: molar ratio of n - amyl alcohol to propionicacid 1.3-1, amount of catalyst 1.0%(based on total amount of reaction mass) , reaction temperature 106 - 119 ℃, and reaction time 1.0 h. The yield of n - amyl propionate could reach 85.6 % under the optimum conditions.
