摘要
大黄是临床常用中药,具有清热解毒、泻下、抗感染、利胆保肝、抗肿瘤等药理作用,在制备大黄口服制剂时,大都利用煎煮法进行提取,但因长时间受热而破坏其中的有效成分,影响提出率。笔者采用超声提取法,并和水煎煮法作对比试验,分别将提取液中的总蒽醌、游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量进行测定。
The method of extraction the rhubarb anthraquinone from Chinese rhubarb by ultrasound is studied.Compared with that of the deooction usually used in medicinal industry,this method has a higher extracting velocity and rate Because ultrasonic extraction need not heat,the effect of heating to the anthraquinone can be avoided.
