天然气、煤造气中硫和CO2的脱除方法甚多,但各存在优缺点。人们不断探求发现吗啉衍生物、N-甲酰吗啉、N-乙酰吗啉、N-丙酰吗啉等,它们较好地实现气体脱硫,净气质量高,过程的操作费用低、投资省,是目前较理想的物理吸收剂。
There are many methods to remove sulfur and CO 2 from natural gas and coal gas,but all of them have advantages and disadvantages.Man keeps exploring,thus finding morpholone derivativ e,formylmorpholone,n-acetylmorpholone and n-propionylmorpholone,etc.We can remove sulfur from gas with good quality of pure gas and low cost of operation and low cost of investme nt.They are ideal physical adsorbents for the time being.
