摘要
葛根素是中药葛根的主要有效成分之一。实验证明有清除氧自由基 ,抗氧化性损伤 ,扩张心脑血管和降低心肌氧耗等多种作用 ,临床主要用于防治心脑血管疾病。
Puerarin is a main constituent of the traditional Chinese herb Radix puerariae lobata.In recent years,many pharmacologic activities have been found,which include scavenge of oxygen free radicals,dilating the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, the antagonism against oxidative injury and diminishing myocardial oxygen consumption. Moreover,it has been used to prevent and treat diseases associated with cardio and cerebrovascular disorders in clinic.
