Volunteer service, one of the key activities of the Communist Youth League,has become the foremost peoject of the youth civilization in the new centuary. With profound social background from the very beginning of its birth and development, it now carries its brand-new connotation, which is quite helpful and significant in deepening League activities, thus promoting the Youth League in colleges and universities in a new centuary and the building of our socialist spiritual civilization.
