技术发展与伦理秩序

On the Ethical Order in Technological Development

本文考虑到在技术哲学中“技术负荷道德价值”命题较之“科学负荷道德价值”命题更易被人接受 ,主要集中讨论技术伦理问题。通过对既有文献的考察注意到当前技术哲学研究正在从一般技术批判转向技术伦理探索 ,认为现代技术发展目前面临着敬畏生命和生命牺牲、控制世界和世界失控、生活改善和环境破坏的伦理困境 ,最后提出了在公民、企业、政府和全球层次上构建技术伦理秩序的基本线索。

Considering 'technology's moral value-laden' accepted more easily than'science's moral value-laden' in philosophy of technology,this article is concentrated on the ethics of technology,and notes that the philosophical studies of technology is turning from criticism to an ethical exploration.Some contradictions in such ethical principles as reverence for life,humans dominion over the world and improving living conditions,are considered as the ethical dilemmas with which the technological design and development has to be confronted,and then it is suggested that the ethical orders of technology should be constructed on the levels of citizen,corporations,governments and globe.
