合作的难题及对策

The Difficulty of Cooperation and the Solution

在变动的环境中 ,通过合作来获取外部资源已成为企业竞争优势的重要来源。然而 ,企业间能建立稳定合作关系的比率却很低。笔者认为个体对自身效用最大化的追求是影响合作的最根本因素 ,而囚徒困境的逻辑结构则是导致合作难题的直接原因 ,并提出了改善合作的管理模型以解决合作的难题。

The cooperation had become the important source of competition advantage in fluctuant environment.But the rate of keep the stable cooperation is very low.The authors think the basic reason that hamper cooperation is the individual pursue the utility maximum,and the direct reason is logical structure about prisoner' dilemma.Finally,the article brings up the management model of improved cooperation to resolve the difficulty of cooperation.
