知识经济对可持续发展的影响不仅是巨大的 ,而且是二重性的 :一方面 ,知识经济合乎可持续发展的目的性 ,推动着可持续发展 ;另一方面 ,知识经济又对可持续发展存在着强烈的负面影响 ,从而阻碍甚至威胁着可持续发展。因此只有用可持续发展战略来规范和推动 ,知识经济才有望成为可持续发展的经济。对知识经济扬长避短 ,尤其是克服知识经济的负面影响 ,是全球面临的关于可持续发展战略的新课题。

The effects of knowledge economy on sustainable development is not only tremendous but also has dual characters.On the one hand,knowledge economy meets the purpose of sustainable development,and pushes forward sustainable development;On the other hand,knowledge economy also has strong negative impact on sustainable development,thus obstructs and even threatens sustainable development.Therefore,only standardized and propelled by the strategy of sustainable development,knowledge economy will become the economy of sustainable development.It is a world-wide new problem about the strategy of sustainable development how to develop the advantage of knowledge economy and avoid its disadvantage,especially to overcome its negative impact upon sustainable development.
