提高籼粳杂交花粉植株诱导效率的方法

The Method of Increasing Induced Frequency of Pollen Plant in the Pollen Culture of Indica-Japonica Hybridization

本文对如何提高籼粳杂交花培的愈伤组织诱导率和提高分化绿苗的成苗率等方面进行了探讨。研究结果表明,接种前以8～10℃的低温对幼穗处理4～8天,愈伤组织诱导率可提高80%～100%;继代转接2～3次,能显著地扩大愈伤组织量;采用绿色芽点分取转接和分化绿苗营养液水培法,壮苗壮根,提高成苗率达70%。

Stidies were made on increasing the induced frequency of callus and the percentage of establishment of green seedlings.The results showed that the frequency of callus was increased in 80%～100% after treating young panicle for 4～8 days with 8～10℃ low temperature before inoculation.The callus was expanded significantly after two or three times transferring.The seedling percentage of establishment was incre ased to 70% when the method of green bud spots transferring was used and green seedling of differentiation was cultured with nutrient solution.
