摘要
研究了巯基乙酸在不同 pH条件下、不同药剂用量对黄铜矿和闪锌矿的抑制作用。试验结果表明巯基乙酸对黄铜矿具有较好的抑制作用 ,对闪锌矿基本上没有抑制作用 ;采用巯基乙酸在pH为 10 .5时可以有效实现黄铜矿和闪锌矿的浮选分离。理论分析表明 ,巯基乙酸分子中 -SH是亲固基 ,-COOH是亲水基 ,巯基乙酸与黄铜矿的作用比闪锌矿强。
The depressing effects of TGA on chalcopyrite and sphalerite have been studied in different pH value and dose addition amount. Results show that chalcopyrite was depressed well in the presence of TGA while sphalerite was not depressed; the separation of chalcopyrite and sphalerite was carried out effectively in the presence of TGA at pH 10.5. The theory analysis show that -SH of TGA is hydrophobic and -COOH hydrophilic. The interaction of TGA with chalcopyrite is stronger than that of sphalerite.
