壳聚糖与苯甲醛反应制得保护氨基的 Schiff碱壳聚糖 ,再与氨基硫脲反应合成了一种含硫的新型接枝壳聚糖。主要中间体及最终产物经红外光谱验证 。

The reaction between benzaldehyde and chitosan formed N-benzylidene chitosan. The aminothourea-grafted chitosan was synthesized by the reaction of the N-benzylidene chitosan with aminothiourea. The structure of these compounds was confirmed by IR spectral analysis.
