A relationship between serum drug level and response in inpatients with scizophrenia taking dozapine

目的 探索氯氮平治疗4周时血药浓度与疗效的关系。方法 给39例精神分裂症病人服用氯氮平,从治疗第13天晚到第28天晚剂量固定不变。结果 4周血药浓度与4周PSNSS总分减分率无相关性(γ=0.0780,df=38,P>0.05),4周氯氮平血浓度在200～375μg/L之间的显效率(12/31)比此范围外的(0/8)显著为高(P=0.036085<0.05)。结论 4周氯氮平血浓度在200～375μg/L之间为有效浓度。

Objective To explore the relationship between serum drug level and response in inpatients with schizophrenia taking clozapine.Method It was fixed dose from treated 13th day evening to 28th day evening in 39 inpatients with schizophrenia taking clozapine. Results It was no correlationship between serum drug level and subtractive score rate of PANSS total score (γ = 0.0780, df = 38, P > 0.05 ) at 4th weekend. It was higher predominant improvement rate in serum clozapine level from 200 μg/L to 375 μg/L than out of that range (12/31,0/8, P = 0.036085 <0.05) at 4th weekend. Conclusion It was termed as theraputic concentration for serum clozapine level from 200 μg/L to 375μg/ L at 4th weekend.
