基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是降解细胞外基质的重要酶类。组织金属蛋白酶抑制物(TIMP)是MMP的天然抑制物。两者与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系密切,这为垂体腺瘤预后的判断与治疗提供了新思路。
