血管生成与脑动静脉畸形 被引量：2

摘要 脑动静脉畸形（AVM）是一类因先天局部脑血管发育异常所形成的血管团,与血管微环境改变、内皮细胞激活以及VEGF、TGF-β、bFGF、血管生成素等促血管生长因子及其相关受体表达有重要关系。从细胞和分子水平阐明脑AVM的发病机制将日益成为研究的热点。
