发作性运动障碍的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 发作性运动障碍,以发作性的运动障碍为特征,包含发作性运动源性手足舞蹈徐动症、发作性非运动源性运动障碍、发作性过度运动源性肌张力障碍,另外还有一些相关的综合征。近年来对基因方面的研究有很大进展,倾向于发作性运动障碍为离子通道病。本文对发作性运动障碍的临床特征、基础研究以及与癫痫的关系综述与探讨。
