ERK1/2信号通路参与LPS诱导小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞iNOS表达的调节 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨ERK1 2信号通路与LPS诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞iNOS表达的关系。方法 采用RT PCR和蛋白免疫印迹方法观察ERK1 2信号通路特异性抑制剂PD980 5 9对LPS诱导的iNOS表达的影响。结果 PD980 5 9能够以剂量依赖方式抑制LPS诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞iNOS表达。结论 LPS诱导小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞iNOS表达部分依赖了ERK1 2信号通路。 Objective To investigate the relationship of extracellular signal regulated kinase1/2 (ERK1/2) signal pathway with inducible nitric oxide (iNOS) expression in murine peritoneal macrophages (MPM) after LPS inducement. Methods The effects of PD98059, a specific inhibitor of ERK1/2, on LPS induced iNOS expression were observed with RT PCR and western blotting methods. Results PD98059 decreased the LPS induced iNOS expression in murine peritoneal macrophages in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion LPS induced iNOS expression partly depends on ERK1/2 signal pathway.
