摘要 目的 探讨透明质酸酶 (Hyaluronidase ,Hyase)与肝素对肿瘤侵袭潜力的影响。方法 通过体外实验测定肿瘤细胞穿透Matrigel(人工基底膜 )的潜力。结果  6株表达不同水平Hyase的人乳腺癌细胞侵袭潜力存在明显差异 ,Hyase高表达细胞株 (Hyase>0 .1mU L)强于Hyase低表达细胞株 (Hyase <0 .1mU L) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肝素处理后 ,无论Hyase高表达或低表达细胞株的侵袭潜力均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其侵袭潜力与肝素存在量效关系。结论 Hyase与肿瘤侵袭潜力有关 ,肝素能抑制肿瘤的侵袭。 Objective To evaluate the effects of heparin on invasive potential of human breast cell lines expressing hyalurenidase (Hyase) at different levels. Methods In vitro experiments were carried out to determine the capacities of penetrating matrigel of 6 kinds of tumor cells and the effect of heparin at various concentrations respectively. Results The invasive potentials of 6 cell lines expressing different levels of Hyase varied significantly, and the penetrating capacity was significantly stronger in cell lines with higher level of Hyase expression (Hyase>0.1 mU/L) than those of lower ones (Hyase<0.1 mU/L) ( P <0.05). After heparin treatment, invasive capacity was decreased in all cell lines whether it expressed high or low level of Hyase previously, and the deduction was related to the doses of heparin. Conclusion The invasive capacity of tumor is in association with the expression of Hyase and can be suppressed by heparin.
