31例颅内良性占位开颅术后辅以高压氧治疗的体会及探讨

Hyperbaric Oxygenation on 31 Postoperative Cases with Intracranial Benign Tumor

目的 探讨颅内占位开颅术后辅以高压氧治疗(HBOT)对减轻或消除后遗症的疗效。方法 开颅术后除常规术后治疗外,在无禁忌疾病情况下,尽快选择时机行HBOT。结果 经过1～3个疗程的HBOT辅助治疗,许多术后急重并发症和远期后遗症都能得到控制或改善。结论 颅内良性占位开颅术后辅以HBOT的有效性是肯定的,并且越快HBOT消除术后脑水肿、建立侧支循环,疗效将越好。

To study the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygenation( HBO) on postoperative cases with intracranial mass. Methods Besides the common postoperative treatment,cases without contraindi-cation were accepted hyperbaric oxygenation as soon as possible. Resnlts Most of the postoperative serious complications and long - term sequelae of these cases could be controlled or released after l to 3 courses of HBO.Conclusions The posttive curative effect of HBO on postoperative cases with intracranial mass is af-firmable.and the earlier HBO is accepted to eliminate postoperative encephaledema and establish collateral cir-culations,the better the curative effect will be.
